- We never sell your details to anyone else, including the brands we work with - we sometimes have to share your details, but with the sole purpose of fulfilling a campaign (like sharing your address to send you products)
- We store your details securely, with limited access by our team - only people who really need access can have it
- If you ever want your details deleting or changing, or you have questions about the data we store about you - email data@drpcrd.com and we’ll respond as soon as we can (always within 7 days)
- We use some third parties like TikTok, Meta, and Stripe to run our service - in these cases, those providers keep your data secure, like passwords, bank accounts etc (we can’t see that stuff)
- Some data we are required by law to hold on to, but we don’t hold it longer than we need

DRPCRD Limited (“we” or “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, including any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customised experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Site to:
- Analyse your social data to help brands search and find you for commercial work.

Upon joining CreatorOS as a listed creator, you are granting permission for:
- Listing on CreatorOS – Your acceptance that your profile will be featured alongside others within a searchable database. This database is exclusively accessible to brands and agencies with the intent of identifying creators for potential commercial collaborations. Access is strictly confined to these entities and is not available to other creators or talent managers.
- Voluntary Departure – The right to terminate your association with the CreatorOS platform at any time by contacting us at hello@drpcrd.com. Upon such request, your data will be promptly removed from our records, except in cases where legal obligations necessitate retaining certain information for a specified duration.
- Social Media Analysis Consent – Agreement to the application of AI technology for the analysis of your social media profile and content. This includes archiving of keywords and descriptors that assist brands in selecting appropriate creators for partnerships.
- Adherence to Our Data Privacy Policy – Assurance that your personal data will be maintained securely and with confidentiality, in strict compliance with the relevant UK legal standards. This includes protocols concerning the storage, utilisation, and disclosure of your information.

- Commercial Engagement – Any commercial proposal you receive is entirely optional. You reserve the full right to negotiate, accept, or decline any offers, without obligation, until a formal agreement is executed with the corresponding agency or brand.
- You have a right to removal – You may request to be removed from our network at any given time, in accordance with your preferences.
- Conduct Requirement – Utilisation of our platform is contingent upon adherence to our established professional code of conduct by all creators and talent managers.

By Law or to Protect Rights
If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others, we may share your information as permitted or required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation. This includes exchanging information with other entities for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
Third-Party Service Providers
We may share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, and customer service.

Retention of data
Active Users
For users actively engaging with the CreatorOS platform, we retain personal data for as long as the user account remains active. Active engagement is defined as logging in, updating profiles, participating in deals, or any interaction with the platform that demonstrates ongoing use.
Inactive Users
Users are considered inactive if there has been no activity on their CreatorOS account for a period exceeding 24 months. In such cases, we take the following steps to manage their data:
- Notification of Inactivity – Inactive users will be contacted via their registered email address, informing them of their inactivity. This communication will provide users with the option to either reactivate their account or opt out and request the removal of their profile and associated data from the platform.
- Grace Period – Following the notification, a grace period of 6 months will be provided. During this time, users can choose to reactivate their account or confirm their intention to opt out and have their data removed.
- Deletion of Data – If no response is received from the user within the 6-month grace period, we will proceed to delete the user’s account and all associated personal data from our platform. This includes removal of their social profile and any other personal information we have stored.
Exceptions to Deletion
Notwithstanding the above, certain data may be retained even after account deletion if required for legal, regulatory, or operational purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Transaction data: Records of transactions may need to be retained for financial reporting, auditing, and compliance with tax laws.
- Legal obligations: Any data that we are legally required to maintain will be retained for the period specified by applicable laws.
